He was born January 6, 1967 in Minot, ND, a son of Judith (Sikora) Parks and the late Rodger Kolar. He is being met in Heaven by those who he loved & was loved by. Catherine Frances Coen, 94, of Bellaire, OH passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at her home. She was born January 24, 1929 in Heidleburg, KY., a daughter of the late William Henry and Sally Addison Garretson. Catherine retired from Wheeling Clinic as a Registered Nurse for 24 years, a member of Wheeling Hospital Alumni and a graduate of the Wheeling Hospital School of Nursing class of 1951. Fred Brown Jr., 88, of Tavares, Fla., formerly of Lansing, Ohio died Sunday, January 29, 2023 with his family at his bedside. He was born November 4,1934 in Blaine, Ohio the son of the late Fred Brown Sr. and Rucilla Parks Brown. Fred was a 1952 graduate of Bridgeport High school.
