Michael J. Handzel, 62, of Groveport Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday January 8, 2023. He passed away peacefully, with family at his side after a brief illness. He was born August 3, 1960, in Wheeling, WV, the son of Irene Handzel of St. Clairsville, OH, and the late Joseph Handzel. Michael proudly served in the U. S. Airforce and was based in Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. Michael was a machinist throughout his career. He loved his family and friends and adored his grandchildren.
