She was born October 3, 1925, in Stewartsville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ray Helms and Rhea Lucetta Masters Helms. Betty was a retired supervisor with Belmont County Board of Developmental Disabilities. She was a Loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother.
