Joyce E. Lancione, 80, died on December 24, 2022, in Bluffton, South Carolina. She was born in Bellaire, Ohio, the oldest of five children born to Lawrence Gianangeli and Eileen Gianangeli. She graduated from Bellaire High School and Belmont Technical College with a degree in nursing. She lived most of her life in Bellaire, Ohio, and moved to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina with her husband in 2020. Joyce loved to golf and travel. Ethel Marie Perkins, 87, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died December 29, 2022, in Forest Hill Care Center. She was born May 18, 1935, in Armstrongs Mills, Ohio, a daughter of the late Alton Goff and Violet Marie Haught Goff. Ethel was a 1953 graduate of Powhatan High School and had worked for the U.S. Postal Service in Armstrongs Mills and the Edax Corporation in Prairie View, Illinois.
