Albert Charles Cybulski, 84, of Belmont, Ohio passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Forest Hill Nursing Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio. He was born November 12, 1938 in Lansing, Ohio a son of the late Walter and Magdalene (Markus) Cybulski, Sr. He was a retired machinist and a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Clairsville, Ohio. Norma DuBois, 97, of Bellaire died Monday, December 12, 2022, at her daughter’s home in Moundsville West Virginia. She was born November 11, 1925 in Bellaire, Ohio a daughter of the late George and Eva (Price) Heatherington Norma was a member of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Bellaire and was a member of the Child Guidance Club. Ruth H. Mirich, 69 of Weatherford, TX, formally of Martins Ferry, OH, unexpectedly passed away on Sun. Nov. 20, 2022 at home. Ruth was born Sept. 22, 1953 the daughter of the late Nick and Elsie Mirich of Martins Ferry, OH. Ruth touched many lives as a one-of-a-kind teacher for 39 years with Bellaire ISD. Ruth was a passionate teacher who loved each one of her students like her own. Ruth made many lifelong friends with other teachers at Bellaire ISD whom she loved to keep in touch with. Betty Jeanne (Vargo) Wharton, 85 of Colerain, OH passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at Wheeling Hospital. She was born June 24, 1937, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Gocsik) Vargo. She worked for many years at the Total Sports Connection in Martins Ferry, and the Martins Ferry Chamber of Commerce, a member of the American Legion Auxiliary – Martins Ferry Post #38.
