A. “David” Swearingen age 65 of Bethlehem, WV passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV. He was born February 21, 1957 in Wheeling, son of the late Alfred and Barbara Beltz Swearingen. David was a 1975 graduate of St. John’s Central, Bellaire, OH and a 1980 graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Degree. He worked for PBS and was a former financial manager and a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Wheeling.
