Helen M. Carpenter, 63, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Barnesville Hospital. She was born on February 4, 1959, at Barnesville Hospital to the late Clarence “Dutch” and Dorothy (Gallaher) Howell of Jerusalem. On June 18, 1977, she married the love of her life, Rocky J. Carpenter at the St. John the Baptist Church, Miltonsburg, Ohio. She was a member of the Church of Christ, attending services at the East Main Church of Christ, Barnesville, Ohio.
