Mildred Alice Kimball, 92, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at her daughter’s home. She was born July 5, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan a daughter of the late William R. and Elsie Fulcomer Reed. Mildred was a graduate of Grant Hospital School of Nursing. She retired as a Registered Nurse after working many years at Alvis House in Columbus, Ohio. She was a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church and the Zane’s Trace Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.. Richard A. Kozlowski, 56, of St. Clairsville, OH passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at his home. He was born February 25, 1966 in Wheeling, WV., a son of the late Stanley an Kathryn Makofsky Kozlowski. He graduated in 1984 from St. Clairsville High School where he played varsity football. He then went on to attend Ohio University Branch in St. Clairsville for 2 years. He then attended Ohio University Athens and went on from there to join the military. Danny was born December 12, 1959 in Wheeling, WV., a son of the late Marion “Bunk” and Doris Smith Pytlak. Danny was lovingly taken care of for many years at home by his mom and dad. Barbara A. (Orr) Wensyel, 80 of Martins Ferry passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born January 9, 1942, the daughter of the late Paul E. and Anna C. (Johnston) Orr Barbara was the head cook and dietary manager for the Martins Ferry City Schools, and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry. Jean Griffith Thompson went to be with the Lord on October 19, 2022. Jean was born at home May 4, 1928 to dairy farmers, Donley and Ferne Reppart Griffith. Jean loved and graduated from Mt. Pleasant High school in 1946. She sometimes rode her horse, Blondie, into town for many after school activities. She met her husband, Tom, (Paul Thompson Jr.) at the corner of Rt. 150 and 250 at Lightning Peltz’s as she was walking home after work.
