Mildred Alice Kimball, 92, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at her daughter’s home. She was born July 5, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan a daughter of the late William R. and Elsie Fulcomer Reed. Mildred was a graduate of Grant Hospital School of Nursing. She retired as a Registered Nurse after working many years at Alvis House in Columbus, Ohio. He was born February 25, 1966 in Wheeling, WV., a son of the late Stanley an Kathryn Makofsky Kozlowski. He graduated in 1984 from St. Clairsville High School where he played varsity football.
