Linda Hibbs, 75, of Wheeling, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. She was born August 15, 1947 in Wheeling to the late John Francis and Irene Cecelia (Dunn) Barr. Linda was known to many as a loving wife, mother, and friend. She brought her love of cooking to Wheeling Hospital where she was employed as a dietary aide, famous for her chicken salad. Linda was a loyal employee and retired in 2018. She always had a smile and encouraging word for everyone she met.
