John J. Spiga, Jr., 73, of Flushing, died Tuesday, October 4, 2022 in WVU Wheeling Hospital. He was born in Martins Ferry on July 22, 1949, a son of the late John J. Spiga, Sr and Agnes E. Pabin Spiga. A graduate of Seton Central High School, Lafferty and a Union Township Trustee, John was a coal miner for many years and worked his family farm.
