Corey Allen Shetler, 29, of Dillonvale, Ohio passed away Sunday, August 16, 2026 at Wheeling Hospital .He was born July 25, 1997 in Steubenville, Ohio, the son of Charles Shetler and Angela (Shoulders) Allan. Corey was employed by UPS for over 6 years. Outside of work he was known as the ‘life of the party’, loved Harley’s and was a member of the Grim Reapers Motorcycle Club, a member of the Dillonvale Eagles and Firemen’s Club and loved Bud Light beer. Court allows construction company to argue for data center

The Ohio Supreme Court decided to allow a data center builder to intervene in a lawsuit challenging a massive new center in Trenton. The builder claimed it needs status as an intervening party to protect its financial investment in the project, and the high court agreed in a win for the data center industry.
