Colleen Jane Francis, 70, of Rayland, OH, passed away on Sunday June 21, 2026, at Wheeling Hospital, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was born on December 27, 1955, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Ray and Lillian (Maderia) Boyd. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Francis and her brother, Henry Boyd.
