Colleen Jane Francis, 70, of Rayland, OH, passed away on Sunday June 21, 2026, at Wheeling Hospital, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was born on December 27, 1955, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Ray and Lillian (Maderia) Boyd. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Francis and her brother, Henry Boyd. Clara Roselie Helms, 93, of St. Clairsville, formerly of Jacobsburg, Ohio, died Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at Park Health Center. She was born in Bellaire, Ohio on June 8, 1933, daughter of the late Roland and Clara Eikleberry Davis. Clara was a retired employee of the former Belmont Community Hospital in Bellaire.
