Helen Irene Mullins Conners, 84, of Bellaire, Ohio, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Wheeling Hospital. She was born November 19, 1941, in Flat Gap, Virginia, a daughter of the late Doyle and Macile Bolling Mullins. Helen was a loving homemaker. She was a 1960 graduate of St. Clairsville High School. She was a member of the Neffs and Lansing United Methodist Churches, being very involved in various capacities in the church including teaching Sunday School.
