James F. Marr, 70, of Bellaire, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at home. He was born January 1, 1955, in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late Walter Marr and Helen Kubica Marr. James was a former coal miner and had worked at Ohio Valley Medical Center for over 40 years. He took pride in his mechanical abilities, finding joy in everything from working on cars and painting them, to working on equipment like AC units and bulldozers. He was born December 11, 1950 in Maynard, Ohio, a son of the late Joseph John and Iona Geneva Siple Parish Conner.
