Valerie Ann Hogan, 68, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died on August 27, 2025, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was born January 21, 1957, in Bellaire, Ohio, the only daughter of the late Kenneth and Nelle Meister Thornton. Valerie was a retired teacher from Beallsville High School in Monroe County, Ohio. She later worked as a substitute teacher in several schools in Belmont County. She was also a children’s Sunday School Teacher at United Christ Methodist Church in Wheeling, West Virginia. Pamela Fulton, 82, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born February 17, 1943 in St. Clairsville, a daughter of the late Howard Charles and Murial Alice Smith Fulton. Pam was a graduate of St. Clairsville High School and the Wheeling Hospital School of Nursing and a Christian by faith.
