Barbara Janet Blizzard, 92, of Rayland, OH, passed away, peacefully, with her family by her side, Monday, July 21, 2025, at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home, in Wheeling, WV. She was born on July 9, 1933, in Mingo Junction, OH, to the late Joseph and Mary (Marconi) Fortunato. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Blizzard; her son, Jackie Blizzard and her brother, Stephen Fortunato. David Lee Grum, 85, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at Wheeling Hospital. He was born August 31, 1939, in Bannock, Ohio, son of the late Frances Grill Grum and Frank F. Grum. David was a retired Director of Belmont County Water & Sewer for over 30 years. He was a member of the Ohio Valley Cattlemen’s Association and Farm Bureau.
