Carrying A Gun
Dear Editor,
If the letter to the editor from Mr. Flanagan was in response to my earlier communication then he misunderstood my letter.
1. I have no problem with citizens carrying a concealed weapon PROVIDING they have a permit obtained after taking the certified training.
2. The “NUT” from Columbus to whom I referred wanted anyone over 21 to be allowed to carry a concealed weapon WITHOUT taking the training and without obtaining a permit.
3. This is both foolhardy and dangerous.
4. NOTE: My background consists of 20 plus years as a law enforcement firearms trainer.
