Buckeye Local’s Andrew Jones, pictured middle front row, signed with the West Liberty Hilltoppers football program on Monday, where he will continue his academic and athletics careers. Jones, who was a wide receiver and safety for the Panthers, caught 24 passes for 301 yards and two touchdowns this year and finished with 54 tackles, a sack and an interception on defense. He was honorable mention All-OVAC and honorable mention All-District.
