Wheeling Elks Youth Golf Takes Over Crispin Course

WHEELING --- More than 50 young golfers from the Ohio Valley enjoyed blue skies and beautiful green grass Wednesday as they played in the annual Wheeling Elks youth golf tournament at the Crispin Course at Oglebay. The tournament, put on by the Wheeling Elks club for several generations, was hosted by more than a dozen club members.
