Anthony Marsili of 4998 Ohio 152, Dillonvale, was cited Friday for traveling 36 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Joshua R. Kropka of 190 Third St., Mason, W.Va., was arrested Friday for domestic violence.

Patrick R. Shalvey of 316 S. Fourth St., second floor, Martins Ferry was arrested Thursday for resisting arrest and obstructing official business.

At 9:40 a.m. Monday, a deputy checked the parking lot of Walmart, Ohio Valley Plaza, St. Clairsville, for a report of a suspicious male walking around the parking lot.

At 2:34 p.m. Saturday, a caller from Wet Street, Holloway, spoke with a deputy and asked about alleged threats made on social media.

At 6:58 p.m. Saturday, officials received a 911 hang-up call from a residence on Rehm Road, St. Clairsville, in which a female could be heard yelling in the background. Officers spoke with a female, who stated everything was fine, according to the report.

At 1:15 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a residence on McGregor Hill Road, Bellaire, for a domestic complaint.
