Emma (Habig) Billingsley, 92, of Rayland passed away Thursday, June 19, 2025, at her residence. She was born September 26, 1932, in Boydsville/Bridgeport, OH, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Syvilla (Rose) Habig.

Emma was a devoted member of the Rayland United Methodist Church, she loved gardening, and spending time with her family. She gave unconditional love to all that were close to her, a proud homemaker, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who took the time to enjoy the little things in life. She was a proud graduate of Martins Ferry High School, class of 1951.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Matthew Billingsley in 1990, sons, John and James Billingsley, and several brothers and sisters.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Linda Falcioni, Brenda (Ernie Berardi) Zoladz, Carolyn (Rick) Brown, siblings, Nancy Yoder, Robert Habig, Tom (Pam) Habig, Bill (Jackie) Habig, 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and great-great-grand children complete her family.

Friends will be received Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 5-8pm at the Wilson Funeral Home- Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935. Visitation will be again on Wednesday June 25, 2025, from 11 till the time of service at 1pm. Burial to follow at Holly Memorial Garden, Pleasant Grove.
