Jo Ann Kossky, 81, passed away on July 3, 2025, in Morgantown, West Virginia. Born on February 17, 1944, in Wheeling, West Virginia to the late Robert and Margaret Williams.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Kossky; her brother, Robbie Williams.

Jo Ann is survived by her loving children: Mindy Karkowski and her husband Joe, Bryan Kossky, and Arianne Kossky. She was also a proud grandmother to Dustin Karkowski and his wife Allison, and a great-grandmother to five wonderful great-grandchildren: Hunter, Dakotah, Gunnar, Jayden, and Payten. Additionally, she leaves behind her sister-in-law, Carla Berze Wagner, along with numerous friends who will miss her dearly.
