On Tuesday, July 14 at the Wheeling Park White Palace, the OVAC Rudy Mumley All-Star Football Game presented the 38th Annual George Strager Evening With the Stars. The event began at 6:30 p.m., where the All-Star players, coaches, Queens, cheerleaders, honored guests, OVAC staff, families and former All-Stars and Queens enjoyed a night of celebration.
