Capito reports progress on reversing NIOSH layoffs
CHARLESTON — After writing a letter to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito said Tuesday that progress has been made in temporarily restoring some employees of the Morgantown NIOSH facility, though more work was needed.
