ST. CLAIRSVILLE— Dave Tallman Jr. and his Morgantown High hoop team experienced a dream season a year ago. The Magnolia High product guided the Mohigans to the school’s first-ever boys’ state basketball crown. They also won the OVAC 5A championship.
