Belmont County children will once again be able to get nutritious meals for free throughout the summer, as the Community Action Commission of Belmont County is once again participating in the United States Department of Agriculture's Summer Food Service Program. The program, which is found in numerous counties around the Ohio Valley, provides free meals in the summer months.
