The Belmont County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday arrests in several cases over the past few days, including the seizure of more than 140 grams of fentanyl. In October 2025, the Sheriff’s Criminal Interdiction Unit began an investigation into Michael Scott Lucas, 44, of Bridgeport, Ohio, for allegedly trafficking in drugs.
