STEUBENVILLE — An Irondale man who allegedly broke another man’s jaw in a fit of road rage and another accused of robbing a man at knifepoint were among the nine people indicted Wednesday by the Jefferson County grand jury. CLAIRSVILLE — The Ohio State Highway Patrol St. Clairsville Post is investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash that occurred at about 9:12 p.m. Thursday on U.S. 250 near Milepost 3 in Colerain Township.
