Tax bills to be mailed STEUBENVILLE — Tax bills for the second half of 2025 will be mailed today, according to Jefferson County Treasurer Brian J. Scarpone. Scarpone noted that the final day for payment without penalty will be Aug. 4. Those who do not receive a bill in the next several days should contact the county Treasurer's Office at (740) 283-8572.
