Patricia Frances Padyjasek, “Tia,” 87, of Shadyside, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024, at WVU Wheeling Hospital. She was born September 24, 1936, at Bellaire Hospital, a daughter of the late Peter and Frances (nee Pronyszn) Stemkowski of Shadyside, Ohio. While growing up, she helped her father deliver milk from the Pete Stemkowski Dairy to Shadyside and Bellaire homes until 1956. Frank Eugene Vigoffi Jr., 74, of Flushing, Ohio, died April 14, 2024, in Wheeling Hospital. He was born November 25, 1949, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a son of the late Frank E. Vigoffi Sr. and Rose Styrcula Vigoffi. Frank was a retired owner and operator truck driver. He was a member of the former St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Fairpoint, a 1967 graduate of St. Clairsville High School, Frank served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
