She was born June 16, 1937, in Lafferty, a daughter of the late Eliza and Emilio Dalpiaz. Anne was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, baking, taking day trips to Amish country, and doting on her grandsons. She was a member of the East Richland Evangelical Friends Church.
