Neale, Wiley

The parents of April Jo Neale of Rayland announce her engagement to Kody Asher Wiley, son of Frank and Kim Wiley of Scio.

Wiley is a graduate of PTI and is currently employed at Westmoreland Supply in Wheeling.

A May 11 wedding is planned at Sally Buffalo Park, Cadiz.
