Nancy Rice of St. Clairsville announces the engagement of her daughter, Lindsay Skiba, to Jared Bailey, son of Robert and Tammy Bailey of St. Clairsville.

The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of St. Clairsville High School. She received a master of science degree in nutrition from Kent State University in 2012. She is employed as a registered dietitian at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.

Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2012 graduate of National College with a degree in business administration management. He is employed at The Fresh Market at Mt. Lebanon, Pa.

An Aug. 24 wedding is planned at Giffin Park Church in St. Clairsville.
