Leslie Vernice Hess and Forrest Maxwell “Max” Stalnaker of Fairmont, along with their sons, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Heather and Donnie Stevey of Fairmont. She is a 2008 graduate of Cameron High School and currently attends Colorado Technical University. She is pursuing an associate’s degree in healthcare administration services. She is also a Jewelry in Candles representative.

Her fiance is the son of Pam and Mike Stalnaker of Fairmont. He is a 2002 graduate of Fairmont Senior High School and works as a UPS driver.

A small ceremony is planned on Sept. 27.
