John and Patricia Burghy of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jayme Lee, to Justin Christopher Dillon, son of Diana Dillon of St. Clairsville and the late Richard Dillon of Rayland.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of St. Clairsville High School, and is employed at Wheeling Hospital as a central service aide.
Her fiance is a 2007 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and is employed at UPS in Benwood.
An outdoor wedding is planned for Aug. 16.
