Charles and Mary Lewis of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Dickman, to Mark Robert Stiles Jr., son of Debbie Bruce of Belmont and Mark Stiles Sr. of Bethesda.

The bride-to-be graduated from St. Clairsville High School and West Liberty University with a bachelor of arts degree. She is employed as a kindergarten teacher at Bellaire Local Schools.

Her fiance is a graduate of Union Local High School and received an associate’s degree of applied science from University of Northwestern Ohio. He is employed by Western Branch Diesel in St. Clairsville.

A June 27 wedding is planned at the Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake.
