Charles and Linda Antill of Powhatan Point and Diana Antill of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Crystal Lynn Antill to Justin Ryan Bednar, son of Michael and Ann Bednar of Powhatan Point.

The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of River High School in Hannibal and a 2001 graduate of Belmont College, with an associate’s degree in graphic design. She is employed as a graphic artist at Wheeling Island Hotel Casino Racetrack in Wheeling.

Her fiance is a 1998 graduate of River High School in Hannibal. He is employed as an ironworker at Ohio West Virginia Excavating in Shadyside.

An Aug. 16 wedding is planned.
