Christina Ann Keck and Richard (DJ) Kenneth Hood Jr, together with their families, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James and Mary Smith of Dillonvale. She is a 1996 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and a 2011 graduate of Chamberlain College of Nursing where she earned a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing. She is employed as the clinic administrator at the Veteran’s Primary Care Outpatient Clinic in St. Clairsville.

Her fiance is the son of Rebecca Hood of Martins Ferry and the late Richard (Dick) Hood. He is a 1998 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2000 graduate of Belmont Technical College where he earned an associate’s degree in corrections. He is a union carpenter out of Carpenter’s Local #186, employed by JD&E.

A fall wedding is planned at Grace Presbyterian Church in Martins Ferry.
