Charlie and Janet Cunningham of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Mareesa Cunningham, to B.J. Hedger, son of Bob and Terri Hedger of Martins Ferry.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2010 summa cum laude graduate of the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy. She is employed by Express Scripts as a clinical account executive.

Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2006 graduate of the Ohio State University. He is employed by SweetWater Brewing Company as a market development manager.

A May wedding is planned in Las Vegas.
