Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Beranek of Dillonvale announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Jo, to Ryan James Campbell, son of Katherine Benz-Campbell of Leonia, N.J.

The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and a 2007 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with bachelor’s degrees in foreign affairs and public administration. She is employed with Strategic Operational Solutions in Vienna, Va., as an analyst.

Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Leonia High School, a 2005 graduate of Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and environmental studies, and a 2011 graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a master’s degree in environmental science and policy. He is employed as a consultant with MDB, Inc. in Washington, D.C.

A June wedding is planned.
