Morgan Belles and Todd Bevan announce their engagement.

Belles is the daughter of Stephanie Belles of Bridgeport and Ross Subasic of St. Clairsville. She is a graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College with an associate’s degree in culinary arts. She is employed by Cabela’s Distribution Center.

Bevan is the son of Ellie and Sean Bevan of Martins Ferry. He is a professional mixed martial arts fighter. He is employed by Cabela’s Distribution Center.

An Oct. 10 wedding is planned.
