Ellie Brianne Payne, daughter of Brian and Rhonda (Howell) Payne of Adena, celebrated her first birthday anniversary on February 23.

She is the little sister of Lynzie Octava Payne, 3, and the granddaughter of Linda (Howell) Brown of Adena, and the late John Payne of Columbus.

An Elmo party was held in her honor with family and friends attending.
