Gregory and Michele VanDyne of Bellaire announced the engagement of their daughter, Ashley VanDyne, to Hunter McPherson, son of Jon (Brandy) McPherson and Angel (Eddie) Fiquiris of Shadyside.

Ashley graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University Eastern in 2015 and works at Highmark West Virginia.

Hunter graduated from Belmont College in 2014 and is a civil engineer at Bailey Mine. A fall wedding is planned for this year.
