SATELLITE OFFICE of the Jefferson County Veterans Service Commission will be open from 9 a.m. to noon at the Dillonvale City Building, 135 School Street, Dillonvale, Wednesday, August 5, to assist veterans, dependents of veterans, and/or veteran’s widows with VA pensions, compensations, burials, schooling, medical assistance, and other veteran’s benefits. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. The service office is closed the second Wednesday, of every month, at noon.

AMERIDRIVE DRIVING School will resume driver education class in St. Clairsville beginning Monday. The classes are scheduled to be held 5-9:15 p.m. for two weeks on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
