Two new plaques on Great Stone Viaduct

Photo Provided Randall L. Gallagher Memorials of St. Clairsville placed two new plaques on the Great Stone Viaduct in Bellaire. These mark the Veterans Arch and the Italian Americans Arch. The black granite stones with the bronze plaques each designate the arch and list the names of veterans and Italian American families who have contributed to the fundraising.
