Wilson, Eberhart

Rhonda Rosemary Wilson and Preston Robert Eberhart were united in marriage Aug. 2 at 3:30 p.m. at Grace Presbyterian Church, Martins Ferry, with the Rev. William O. Webster officiating. The bride was escorted by her father.

Parents of the bride are Ronald Wilson, Sr. of St. Clairsville and the late Kathryn (Candy) Wilson. Parents of the groom are Robert Eberhart of Flushing and the late Marlyce Eberhart.

Trisha Conrad was matron of honor, and Jeremy Eberhart was best man. Other attendants were Amie Purman, Angie Wilson, Chelsea Wilson, Emily Carpenter, Bob Eberhart, Ron Wilson, Jr., Andrew Saffell, Jeremy Wendel, Aaron Petersen and Jimmy Redinger. Isaiah Eberhart, the couple’s son, was the ring bearer.

A reception was held at Generations.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Martins Ferry High School, a 2002 graduate of Muskingum College with a bachelor of science degree in mathematics, and a 2012 graduate of the University of West Alabama with a master of education degree in school counseling. She is employed as a math teacher at Union Local High School.

The groom is a 2002 graduate of Union Local High School and attended Belmont College, receiving a paramedic certificate. He is a 12-year veteran of the West Virginia Army National Guard and is employed as a full-time firefighter/paramedic with Neffs Fire Department.

After a honeymoon cruise to the Bahamas, the couple will reside in Flushing with their son.
