50th wedding

anniversary

Ted and Annita McCort will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on July 13. They were united in marriage at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lafferty, Ohio, with the Rev. P. Cafferelli officiating.

Ted is the son of the late Ted Jr. (Red) and Doris McCort. He is retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation.

Annita is the daughter of the late Sylvester (Slatts) and Maria Melchiori.

The couple has three children: Eric McCort and his wife Julie of Flushing, Rene Warner and fiance Kevin (Cubby) Berry of Lafferty; and Crystal Twarog and her husband Ryan of Bethesda.

They have eight grandchildren: Hunter and Damien McCort; Brooke and Devon Warner; and Anna, Sara Rose (deceased), Brett and Emma Twarog.

They will celebrate with their family.
