Keck, Hood

Christina Ann Keck and Richard Kenneth (DJ) Hood were united in marriage Oct. 11 at 3:30 p.m. at Grace Presbyterian Church, Martins Ferry with the Rev. William Webster Jr officiating.

Parents of the bride are Jim and Mary Smith of Dillonvale. Parents of the groom are Rebecca Hood of Martins Ferry and the late Richard (Dick) Hood.

Rainey Moscato was matron of honor, and Jacob Elerick served as best man. Other attendants were Angela Hancock, Pamela Cost, Jessica Taylor, Alicia Smith, Alexis Keck, Kenny Hancock, Lance Cost, Joe Collette and Dan Garbark. Makayla Hancock served as flower girl, and Matthew Cost served as ring bearer.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and a 2011 graduate of Chamberlain College of Nursing. She is a registered nurse employed as clinic administrator of the VA Primary Care Clinic in St. Clairsville.

Her husband is a 1998 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2000 graduate of Belmont Technical College with an associate degree in corrections. He is a union carpenter with Carpenters Local 186, employed by JD&E.

After a honeymoon trip to the Smoky Mountains, the couple will reside in Martins Ferry.
