Rebecca Maria Dawes and Dustin Jay Kinsey were united in marriage Sept. 20, 2014 at Thoburn Methodist Church in St. Clairsville. The Rev. Drew McPeek of Harrisville United Methodist Church officiated at the ceremony. The bride was escorted by her father.

The bride is the daughter of Brian and Shelley Dawes of Adena. The groom is the son of Dennis and Pam Kinsey of Harrisville.

Michelle Teppo was matron of honor, and Brad George was best man. Other attendants were Jennifer Murray, Danessa Wolfley, Ryan George and Cpt. Kyle Wolfley. Rhiannon Jones was flower girl. Che Pirozak-Lillick was an usher and reader, Chuck George was a reader, and David Dawes was an usher. Angel, Gloria Dawes was remembered. Linda Steffl was the pianist, and Dr. Dan Jones was soloist, guitarist and violinist. Allison and Lauren Dawes were greeters.

A wedding reception was held at Shannon’s Place, Colerain.

During the reception, the family held a special surprise 60th anniversary celebration for the bride’s grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Pirozak, who celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Sept. 11, 2014.
