Arthur Elba Heilman II and Ciara Dominique Yingling were united in marriage on July 29 at 2:30 p.m. at Vance Memorial Presbyterian Church, Wheeling. The Rev. William O. Webster Jr. officiated the ceremony. A reception was held at Oglebay Resort’s Glessner Auditorium in Wilson Lodge.

The bride is the daughter of Virgil and Cecelia Yingling of St. Clairsville. The groom is the son of Arthur Elba Heilman of Welston, Ohio, and the late Sheila Daugherty.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2012 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is employed by Congressional Bank in Columbus as the operations project manager. The groom is a 2009 graduate of Grove City High School and a 2012 graduate of the Eastland Police Academy in Columbus. He is employed by the city of Grandview Heights, Ohio, as a police officer.

The wedding party included Jen Hewitt as maid of honor, and bridesmaids Brooke Hays, Rachel Petri, Brittany Lyonett, Renee Green, Katie Bratton, Morgan Mizok and Emily Zarack. The flower girls were Liberty Daugherty and Rylee Raineri. Brian Daugherty served as best man and the groomsmen were Nick Green, Craig Brown, Austin Daugherty, Jake Hinton, Ty Yingling, Ryan Raineri and Ryan Schwartzentruber. Ring security was provided by ring bearer Jace Brown.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Marosa Beach at the Secrets Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico. They reside in Powell, Ohio.
