The City of Wheeling wants its residents to stay moving and grooving throughout the summer, so it’s sponsoring a pair of weekly events to give music fans some mid-week fun.

The city is sponsoring Toe Tappin’ Tuesdays and Waterfront Wednesdays from now through August, showcasing local and regional musical acts in two spots in the city. Toe Tappin’ Tuesdays are held weekly from 7-9 p.m. at Garden Park in Warwood, while Waterfront Wednesdays are held weekly from 7-9 p.m. at Heritage Port in downtown Wheeling. Each event offers an eclectic lineup of acts for spectators to enjoy.
