Comcast continues expansion bringing services to more parts of Belmont County
Bellaire, Colerain and Pultney townships can now connect to Xfinity
BELLAIRE — Comcast is continuing its expansion in Ohio, announcing that construction is complete and the full suite of Xfinity and Comcast Business products, including Xfinity Internet and Mobile as well as Comcast Business Internet and Mobile, are now available to more than 700 local homes and businesses in parts of the village of Bellaire, Colerain Township and Pultney Township in Belmont County.
The company also recently completed network expansions in Irondale, Knox, Richmond and Union townships in Belmont and Jefferson counties and is continuing construction in Mahoning County to the north.
“We are pleased Comcast has expanded its network here in Belmont County. Internet and mobile services are vital for all our residents and businesses,” said Jerry Echemann, president, Belmont County Board of Commissioners. “The Belmont County commissioners will always support the expansion of broadband services in our county.”
Residents can visit Xfinity.com and businesses can visit ComcastBusiness.com to see if their address is eligible for service or to get additional details on services and when they will be available.
