ST. CLAIRSVILLE — A new business, River Front Motors has opened its doors in St. Clairsville, serving one-stop shop for everyone’s auto needs.

Co-owners Kurt Burge and Shane Winzenreid originally met while working together at Joe’s Auto in Moundsville.

“We used to detail cars together at Joe’s Auto years ago, is how we met,” Burge said. “I was the General Manager at Joe’s Auto until May and left to partner up with Shane.”

Before River Front Motors, Winzenreid owned and operated Ohio Valley PDR, which stands for Paint Dent and Repair, in Bellaire. Ohio Valley PDR then became River Front Motors in March of 2021.

In May of 2024, River Front Motors was officially turned into a partnership with Winzenreid and Burge entering into business together.

“I came on board and we did a full-blown partnership in May of 2024. We just outgrew our Bellaire store so we moved up here for more room for sales and service and a much bigger lot and bigger facility,” Burge said.

River Front Motors is a full-service center, offering suspension and air conditioning repairs, as well as engine and light diagnostics, tires, detailing, window tinting, and more.

It also is a car lot offering various vehicles for sale.

When asked what made Winzenreid want to go into business with Burge, he said, “This guy right here is the best car salesman around, without a doubt.”

He then praised the entire staff the business has cultivated, adding that service manager Tommy Littleton is the perfect fit for the company.

“We have an excellent service manager, he helps with anybody’s needs and he goes above and beyond,” Winzenreid said.
